How to Get
- Head behind the Top-Hat Tower (near the top-hat door) to find a Koopa who challenges you to a race.
- You need to finish first in the race to obtain the Power Moon. You can try to get ahead by jumping over the railings of the bridges to save time. You can also capture the flying Goomba at the beginning and fly to the beacon at the finish line.
