Appears in Quadrant C2, the rabbit concealed at the back of the Taxi.

How to Get

  1. Fast travel to reach the Peronza Plaza pennant.
  2. Inspect the corner behind the taxi to find the rabbit.
  3. Follow the rabbit and strike it with Cappy, corner it, and it will hand over the Power Moon.
