Defeat the Lord of Lightning then examine the tip of its right horn.

How to Get

  1. Climb the subdued boss’ cranium, then Spin Throw Cappy on the glowing tip of its horn.
  2. This triggers the hidden Power Moon to move to the dragon’s snout.
