Found at the top of the stone archway at the entrance of the Sand Kingdom ruins

How to Get

  1. Transform Mario into an electric current at the top of Tostarena.
  2. Once Mario is an electric current, travel through the cable going to the ruins, but press the ZL button when you are at the entrance of the ruins.
  3. Collect the On Top of the Stone Archway Power Moon nearby.
