Spawns in Quadrant C3, the location is under the Tostarena Ruins Round Tower.

How to Get

1. Start at the Tostarena Ruins Round Tower, head down to reach the spawn site of Bullet Bill, the location is close to several crates.
2. Use Ground pound to destroy the glowing crate, this causes it to fly to the opposite platform.
3. In order to obtain the Power Moon, capture a Bullet Bill from the cannon then pilot it to the direction of the Power Moon.
