Location
Appears in Quadrant D3, the middle section of Tostarena Town.
How to Get
- Proceed to the center to find the Town fountain.
- Climb to the top of fountain then Spin Throw Cappy at the glowing tip.
- Hold the hat in place until it finishes a full spin.
- Claim the Power Moon that appears.
