Location
Appears on Quadrant D2, from Tostarena Town head to the northwest section.
How to Get
- You need to find the moderately bigger sand dune.
- Head up the dune and scan for a rumble.
- Once you find the spot, deliver a ground pound to expose the Power Moon.
