Found at the Sand Kingdom ruins.

How to Get

  1. In the area where you got the Inside a Block is a Hard Place Power Moon, capture a Bullet Bill.
  2. Turn to the left of where the Bullet Bill spawns then go through the broken stone fence.
  3. Break the cage containing the Bullet Bill Breakthrough Power Moon.
