Found at the garden in Tostarena Plaza.

How to Get

1. In the Tostarena Plaza, there is garden near the fountain after you beat Knucklotec.
2. In the garden, there is a seed lying around, throw this seed at one of the three pots.
3. Wait for it to grow by going to other areas and coming back to the pot.
4. After it has fully grown, you can obtain the Desert Gardening: Plaza Seed Power Moon by touching the plant.
