Found at the back of the store owners in the Crazy Cap store.

How to Get

  1. To the left of the Crazy Cap store in Tostarena, there is a metal fence that is broken on one side.
  2. Crawl through the small opening and walk to the right.
  3. You will be led to the back of the store owners in the Crazy Cap store where the Employees Only Power Moon is located.
