Spawns on Quadrant C4, head southwest from the toxic marsh.

How to Get

1. In the middle of the desert you can find a Red Koopa, talk to him to start the short challenge.
2. The challenge requires Mario to follow the path by memory since it will eventually vanish.
3. Repeat this process many times until you pass the trial to obtain a Power Moon.
