Found to the north of the Moe-Eye Habitat.

How to Get

1. To the north of the Moe-Eye Habitat, there is a hidden red door at the chimney-like opening in the cliff.
2. Once inside, you need to use the Moe-Eye to spot the invisible path that will lead you to the Power Moon.
3. You will not be able to take the Moe-Eye with you while walking the invisible path, so you have to memorize the hidden path.
