Shows up in Quadrant D3, southwest edge after thawing the town. Capture the rocket that lies on the left side.

How to Get

1. Once you obtain Power Moon 60, Cappy interrupts you.
2. From here head to the center to find the 3 blocks floating on top of the elevated platform.
3. To form a path, leap onto the Question block, then jump up to reveal a hidden block.
4. Scale the brown block then jump again to collect the Power Moon.
5. Once you finish, follow the last set of rotating buildings then exit the area by capturing the Rocket.
