How to Acquire	Go to the Cerulean Coast. From the Cerulean Coast site of grace, look for the lower between the Cerulean Coast West and the site of grace. When you arrive at the lower area, go east and see a number of demi-humans and get the weapon.

How to Acquire	Dropped by Hornsent in Shadow Keep by summoning Needle Knight Leda (can be summoned by going northeast from the Main Gate Plaza Site of Grace and going up to the top of the staircase).
