How to Unlock Scaduview (Secret Region) Guide for Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree (SotET)
Scaduview Region Overview
The Scaduview Region is the northeast area of the map in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree. This region includes the Hinterland and the Finger Ruins of Dheo, which are part of Ymir’s questline. It also requires you to acquire and perform the “O Mother” DLC gesture to reveal a hidden path that will lead you to the Scaduview Region itself.

How to Get O Mother DLC Gesture
The “O Mother” DLC Gesture can be found in Bonny Village. It is located in the northeast of the village, on top of a corpse near the cliffside.
Moorth Ruins → Bonny Village → Church District
| 1 | Climb down the Moorth Ruins, which can be found on the south of Shadow Keep, to reach the Bonny Village. |

| 2 | Travel east through Bonny Village, then head to the path on the north until you reach Church District in Shadow Keep. |
| 3 | Pass through the Church District and go to the Site of Grace: Storehouse, Back Section. |
Site of Grace: Storehouse, Back Section → Storehouse, Loft
| 1 | Go up the ladder behind the Site of Grace: Storehouse, Back Section. |

| 2 | Enter through the hole on the right to reach the area outside. |
| 3 | Head up the wooden stairs and enter the Storehouse, Loft. |
| 4 | Take the elevator. |
| 5 | Cross the wooden rafters and descend the two wooden ladders located on the north side. |
| 6 | Head outside and get on the elevator. |
| 7 | Take another elevator to reach the Shadow Keep, Back Gate. |
Shadow Keep, Back Gate → Shaman Ruins and Finger Ruins of Dheo
| 1 | Head to the east of the Shadow Keep, Back Gate, and enter the room with a statue. |
|---|---|
| 2 | Perform the “O Mother” gesture in front of the statue to reveal a hidden passage. |
| 3 | Pass through the newly opened passage and reach the Site of Grace: Hinterland. |
| 4 | Continue along the main path to reach the Shaman Ruins and Finger Ruins of Dheo (Ymir’s questline). |
