Acquired from demi-humans.
The Spirit Sword weapon can be found when you go to the Cerulean Coast. From the Cerulean Coast site of grace, look for the lower between the Cerulean Coast West and the site of grace. When you arrive at the lower area, go east and see a number of demi-humans and get the weapon.
