Best Builds Guide for Lies of P
Motivity Build (Strength)
The Motivity build is geared towards using heavy two-handed weapons to deal massive damage per hit. Performing regular guards using heavy two-handed weapons also has better damage reduction compared to other armament classes, giving you improved survivability throughout the game.
Primary Stats | Vitality, Vigor, Motivity |

Weapons | Greatswords, Large Blunts |
Starting Combat Style | Path of the Sweeper: Strength |

Technique Build (Dexterity)
The Technique build is suited for using either one-handed or two two-handed weapons with good scaling in the Technique stat. Because of the diversity of weapons that work well with a Technique build, playstyles can vary widely, especially given the freedom of adopting different weapon combos in the game. Many Technique-scaling weapons also have incredible range and are swung at angles that can hit multiple enemies, further improving their usability in any situation.
