Post-Game Unlockables Guide for Lies of P

New Game Plus (NG+)

Clearing the main story of Lies of P unlocks New Game Plus (NG+) which allows you to play through the entirety of the game again with all of your levels, weapons, equipment, items, upgrades, and Ergo carried over. All Collectibles, with the exception of Records, do not carry over and must be found again throughout the various areas of the game.

Note that enemies are significantly more powerful on NG+, owing to their increased health and damage output. They do, however, drop more Ergo upon defeat.

Proof of Humanity Secret Boss Weapon (Free from the Puppet String and Rise of P ending routes only).

Defeating the game’s “true” final boss rewards you with the boss Ergo required to obtain the Proof of Humanity which is one of the best boss weapons in the game.

Unobtainable in Real Boy: They All Lived Happily Ever After Ending

Note that the “true” final boss only appears during the Free from the Puppet String and Rise of P story routes which are triggered by doing a “Pure Truths” or “Pure Lies” run respectively. Because of this, there is no way to get Proof of Humanity on the Real Boy: They All Lived Happily Ever After ending (giving Geppetto your Heart).

Things to Do After Beating the Game

Unlock different endings.

Lies of P features a total of three (3) different endings that you unlock after defeating the final boss and “true” final boss. Once you have cleared the main story for the first time, it is recommended to play through NG+ and try to get a different ending from your previous run.

The game has ending-related achievements so players who are aiming for 100% completion will need to beat the game at least three times to get the Platinum trophy.

Defeat the “true” final boss.

There is also an achievement that can only be obtained after defeating the “true” final boss who only appears in two of the three story routes. Doing so is also required to get 100% completion.

Lies of P All Boss List

Clear all side quests.

Completing certain side quests during the main story will also unlock certain achievements so it is worth replaying the game again if you are aiming for 100% completion. Some of these achievements can only be unlocked on specific ending routes or for locking-in certain decisions in the game.

Collect and max out normal weapons, special (boss) weapons, and Legion Arms.

There are also several trophies related to collecting all types of equipment as well as those unlocked for maxing out one normal weapon, one special weapon, and one Legion Arm in the game.

Strongest Legion Arm	Silver	Modify a Legion Arm to its max level.

Find all collectibles and meet other specific objectives.

You can also play through NG+ to find any collectibles you missed getting in your first run as certain trophies are also rewarded for locating all of them during the main story.

Other achievements require you to meet specific conditions which you may have also skipped on your first playthrough.
