How to Equip Items

When you open the menu Belt (top), Belt (bottom), and Pouch will be displayed. Move the cursor to the displayed empty slot and press “Equip” to move to the screen where you can select the item you want to equip.

If the slot is already equipped you can easily remove it by pressing the ◻︎ button to unequip. If you have a consumable item equipped, it will remain in the slot even if all the items are used up. If you obtain the same consumable item again, the item equipped in the slot will become usable again.

How to Use Items

Use Items Equipped in Belt Slot

After you equipped items to your belt slot, you can easily use them during battle by pressing the ◻︎ button. There are a total of 6 empty belt slots, 3 slots on the belt (top) and 3 slots on the belt (bottom).  If you don’t equip items in advance, it will be difficult to use them during battle, so be sure to prepare them before battle. Note that there’s no difference between belt (top) and belt (bottom).

Use Items From Menu

When you select “bag” in the menu, available items will be displayed. You can use items here by hovering over them and press “Use”. However, since in-game time does not stop even if you open the menu screen, you will still receive damage from enemies during this time so be careful.
