You can upgrade weapons in Lies of P talking to Eugenie in Hotel Krat. Note that it is only possible to switch out and reorganize your weapons at a Stargazer so you will need to travel back to the hotel if you want to enhance your armaments in the game.

Upgrading weapons requires Moonstone as the strengthening material.

Upgrading weapons requires Ergo and a special material called Moonstone. The item is mainly found in the field, so try to explore every corner of the map to find them.

Benefits of Upgrading Weapons

Increases attack power.

After upgrading a weapon, its attack power (damage output) will increase. Since it is the blade parts that are strengthened, you can attach it into other handles with move sets or Fable Arts that you like or want to experiment with.
