Using Kangaskhan

Ever since Kangaskhan was given a Mega Stone in Pokemon X & Y, it became a top tier Pokemon for online battles and tournaments.

Its mega-evolved form has excellent distribution of stats, which makes it a great balanced Pokemon.

On the other hand, there are no particular good points that can be pointed out in an ordinary Kangaskhan (pre-Mega evolution). The Pokemon has good base stats, but it is small compared to its mega-evolved form, making it incompatible for competitive battles if it doesn’t have a Mega Stone.

You can only mega-evolve one Pokemon in a single battle, so use this ability wisely. The usual use of Kangashkan in battle is mega-evolving it, so it’s better to give a Mega Stone to it rather than the other Pokemon in your party.

Fighting against Kangaskhan

If the opponent selects this Pokemon, you must immediately select your counter Pokemon against Mega-Kangaskhan

Since its aim in battle is to mega-evolve, make sure that you can take down the Pokemon before it uses its Mega Stone.
