Found on top of two stacked hats in the Cap Kingdom central plaza.

How to Get

  1. Capture a frog near the bridge and go to the central plaza.
  2. You will spot two stacked hats to the left. They are quite easy to spot since they are the only stacked hats in the area.
  3. Jump on top of the stacked hats and go to the center.
  4. Shake the Joy-Con to jump higher and to reach the Frog-Jumping from the Top Deck Power Moon.
