Jesse is one of the residents at Jackson County and Dina’s ex-boyfriend. He became a friend to Ellie. Jesse attended a gathering and witnessed her ex, Dina, dancing with another guy. He grew jealous and approached Ellie to talk about how someone they know in common had treated him but Ellie had to interrupt because she was being invited to the dance.
