Using Slowking
Slowking has a very low Base Speed stat of 30 but this is compensated by its high Sp. Attack and Sp. Defense.
It has several Special Moves to choose from which can either be STAB or coverage moves.
Due to its ability Oblivious ability, it is immune to Taunt which allows it to safely connect Non-Damaging Moves. On the other hand, its Hidden Ability Regenerator allows it to take advantage of shielding by recovering 1/3 of the HP lost for every switch. Using this set, Slowking can run a more Sp. Defensive set.

Countering Slowking
Slowking is Specially durable which is complemented by High Sp. Attack. Additionally, it might have Thunder Wave and Toxic to cover its usefulness as a Role Switching party with Regenerator.
Although it is strong in terms of special offense and defense, its Physical defense is average. Therefore, powerful physical attacks are effective when battling against it. Pay attention to the moves that it will use in order to counter it safely. Other options include Rotom-Wash, and Water-Ground Type Pokemon with high Sp. Defense.
