Pre-order Bonuses for Pokemon Legends: Arceus
Pokemon Legends: Arceus, the latest entry to the acclaimed Pokemon series of role-playing games, is scheduled for release on January 28th, 2022 on the Nintendo Switch. Ahead of its anticipated launch, special early-purchase benefits have been announced on the game’s official website for players pre-ordering the upcoming title.
Hisuian Growlithe Kimono Set
Pre-ordering either the retail (physical) or digital version of Pokemon Legends: Arceus allows players to receive a special in-game outfit called the Hisuian Growlithe Kimono Set. As the attire’s name suggests, it is a Japanese-style outdoor kimono with a design based on the fur pattern of a Growlithe native to the ancient region of Hisui.

Baneful Fox Mask
Early purchase of the retail or digital version of the game also affords players the Baneful Fox Mask. It is essentially a cosmetic headwear with the appearance of a Hisuian Zoroak. It is likely a reference to the Japanese kitsune mask which are commonly worn in festivals for fun. The mask also appears frequently in various anime, manga, and video games.

Both the Hisuian Growlithe Kimono Set and Baneful Fox Mask can be claimed through Mystery Gifts feature and selecting the Get via Internet option in the game. Players will be able to download these pre-order bonuses until May 9th, 2022 at 4:59 PM PDT.
Heavy Ball x30
Players pre-ordering the digital version of Pokemon Legends: Arceus will receive 30 Heavy Balls. While more effective than the standard Poke Ball for catching wild Pokemon, Heavy Balls can only be thrown at short distances.
To benefit from the ball’s advantages, players must try to sneak up on their target as close as possible before throwing it.
A special product code will be sent to players who purchase a digital copy of the game up until May 9th, 2022 at 4:59 PM PDT. The code will be available to claim from January 28th to May 9th, 2022 and will be valid until May 16th, 2022, at 4:59 PM PDT.
