Game progress in the playable demo version of The DioField Chronicle can be carried over to the full game upon its release on September 20th, 2022. This essentially means that you can pick up from where you left off in your save data from the trial version which includes all story progress and accrued character levels.
Playstation 4 demo progress can be transferred to the Playstation 5 full game
As confirmed from official sources, it is also possible to carry over your progress from the Playstation 4 version of the demo to the full game on the Playstation 5. Note, however, that you will not be able to transfer the same save data between the Playstation 4 demo and the Playstation 5 demo.
