Does The DioField Chronicle have Auto-Save?
Auto-save is enabled.
The DioField Chronicle has an auto-save feature that automatically records your game progress throughout the main story. Auto-save is triggered each time you clear a story chapter and during specific parts of the game. You will now if the game is saving when the auto-save icon appears on the screen.
Do not turn off your system during auto-save to avoid losing progress or cause your save file to become corrupted.
How to Save Manually
You can save manually by accessing the game menu outside of battle. Creating save date manually as often as possible is recommended, especially before spending Ability Points (AP) or Skill Points (SP) to unlock passive abilities or skills.
Note that it is possible to reset AP and SP at the cost of money (Guld), though you will want to avoid doing this often to save funds for equipment and other more useful features instead.
