How to Unlock Joker Boss Fight in Persona 3 Reload: Episode Aigis (The Answer)
Unlockable as a Request from Elizabeth by progressing through the Episode Aigis (The Answer) DLC.
The Challenge Battle against the superboss Joker from Persona 5 is expected to be unlocked as a secret Request from Elizabeth after meeting certain conditions in the Persona 3 Reload: Episode Aigis DLC (The Answer).
Upon beginning the request, you will need to head Monad Chambers where Joker awaits your party. Upon nearing Joker’s location, Fuuka will warn you that she detects “immense power” that is “stronger” than anything she has seen so far.

Joker Secret Superboss Fight in Persona 3 Reload (“Masked Boy”)
Joker (referred to in-game as simply “Masked Boy”) is an extremely powerful foe and is much harder to defeat than both the Reaper and Elizabeth in the base version of the game.
Joker is able to summon his iconic Personas Arsene and Satanael to perform many hard-hitting attacks that deal Dark and Almighty damage to your entire party. He can also take multiple turns and easily wipe out your team using Down Shot and Cruel Attack.
Joker also has access to a full arsenal of buffs and debuffs. Among his most notable support skills are Heat Riser and Concentrate which drastically improve his performance in battle.
