How to Prevent and Cure Status Ailments

Can be resisted using defense.

You can avoid getting inflicted with status ailments by taking defense. This also allows you to guard against the instant death effects of light and dark skills so make use of it as much as possible.

Stock up on recovery items.

It is highly recommended to bring enough items that allow you to cure party members of status ailments. Being unable to act or execute your strategy can easily spell defeat for your party in a matter of a few turns so always be ready to use consumables, especially against tough bosses who have access to a wide variety of disruptive skills in the game.
