Samael (Death)

Samael Persona Overview

Samael boasts incredible versatility with powerful offensive and defense skills. Among its most powerful attacks is Megido (Almighty) which deals fixed damage regardless of the enemy’s elemental affinities. Samael can also use Mamudo and Mudoon to quickly wipe out single targets or entire groups of enemies in a flash.

Outside of dealing damage, Samael is also a strong debuffer with its Masukunda skill that lowers the enemy team’s Hit and Evasion. Samael can also grant your own party immunity against stat debuffs using Dekunda, giving the Persona even more utility in battle, especially against bosses.

Leanan Sidhe is a good replacement for Lilim, especially since the former can learn up to four (4) skill types via Persona fusion inheritance.

Another advantage Leanan Sidhe enjoys is her good elemental affinity which does not feature any weaknesses to any elemental damage attribute whatsoever.

Shiisaa’s weakness to Fire can somewhat be compensated by its Dodge Fire skill, though be ready to use healing skills or items when enemy attacks do land from time to time to keep Shiisa alive.

Hua Po can also fulfill support and debuff duties by being able to help allies from the Downed state using Re Patra and having access to the useful single-target defense debuff Rakunda. To expand Hua Po’s utility even more, you can try giving her healing and party buff skills via inheritance.

With these strong Light skills, Virtue gains the advantage against many mid-game enemies with little to no resistance against Light-type abilities. Try pairing Virtue with Samael to cover both Dark and Light instant kill options during battle.
