Create a Persona with Tempest Slash Strategies
Create Chernobog via Persona Fusion.
Chernobog possesses a Tempest Slash skill and can be fused via normal Persona Fusion. With that in mind, you must first gather or acquire the required Personas to create Chernobog, which are Siegfried and Suzaku. Siegfried can be acquired through the previous Elizabeth’s request (Fusion Series #6: Strength, Siegfried), whereas Suzaku can be created by fusing Succubus and Dominion.
