Fast Leveling Guide for Persona 3 Reload (P3RE)
Best Ways to Level Up Fast
Defeat higher-level enemies to earn more experience (EXP) in battle.
Taking down Shadow enemies who are at a significantly higher level than you and your allies will let you earn a lot of experience (EXP) to level up fast. The greater the discrepancy between you and the higher-level foes, the greater EXP you get for defeating them.

Since you are likely to be at a disadvantage in terms of HP, attack power, defense, and speed when up against strong enemies, you must resort to keen strategy via setups, buffs, and debuffs to win battles. Having the best gear will also let you fight more competitively against high level foes in the game.

Farm enemies in Tartarus during its unstable condition.
More enemies will appear in Tartarus floors during unstable conditions, making it a good opportunity to farm enemies for EXP. Special events that also let you rack up more EXP also tend to occur when Tartarus is unstable if you want to level up characters fast.

Always pick Wand cards during Shuffle Time.
Try to trigger Shuffle Time by landing a finishing blow during an All-Out Attack. Then, pick the Wand card to gain a bonus on EXP to speed up the process of leveling your characters during battle.

Useful Tips and Mechanics for Leveling in Persona 3 Reload
Use fewer characters in the party when farming EXP.
Note that EXP earned in battle is divided among all members of the party. This means that the fewer characters you have in the team, the greater the share of EXP each one receives for winning. In general, a three-person team at most is recommended if you want to level up at a reasonably decent speed throughout the game.
Non-active party members do not earn EXP.
Characters that do not participate in battle will not earn EXP. Because of this, try to rotate party members regularly when exploring Tartarus if you want everyone to level up at around the same pace (and prevent any character from being left behind).
