Fuuka is a kind and gentle member of SEES who attends Gekkoukan High School. She is an introverted girl with a knack for computers and high technology.
Fuuka becomes a Social Link (Priestess) once you have maxed your Courage stat and have unlocked the Fortune Social Link. Afterwards, you can find Fuuka hanging out at the 2F classroom corridor’s (near the bathroom) on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays after school.
In the evening, Fuuka can be interacted with at Iwatodai Dormitory to do activities.

To romance characters in Persona 3 Reload (P3RE), you must simply raise your Social Link rank with them through various dialogue events and actions. These include replying with the correct dialogue choices, doing activities with them at the dormitory, and spending time with them on free days.
