Ways to Fix Reverse Social Links
Keep talking to Reversed Social Links by replying with anything but “I don’t have any business.”
To fix Reversed Social Links, keep talking to the target character on any day after their relationship has become reversed by choosing any dialogue option other than “I don’t have any business.” Once you do this up to three (3) times, you and the target character will have reconciled and the Social Link will not be in Reverse state any more.
Draw a fortune at the shrine.
You can also undo Social Links that have become reversed by drawing a fortune at the shrine.
Ways to Fix Broken Social Links
Talk to Broken Social Links twice on different days.
Similarly, you can talk to characters who you have a Broken Social Link twice on different days. On the third time you speak with, an option to repair your relationship (get along) will become available. Select this option to fix the Broken Social Link.
What Causes Social Links to Become Reversed or Broken?
Generally, you will get a Reversed Social Link to certain characters if you do not spend enough time with them. The relationship status can also occur if you book two holiday events on the same day.
Lastly, giving wrong responses to dialogue choices can directly result in Social Links becoming reversed or broken. Below are some examples in the game that will cause the protagonist to have a bad relationship with certain characters.

It is recommended to save frequently so you can simply reload if you somehow caused your Social Link with a character to become reversed or broken.
