How to Beat Dispen Perry
Stay on the move and use special object attacks to chip away at Dispen Perry’s HP. Using SAS duplication (Kyoka) allows you to create a copy of the object to damage the boss twice. Wait for Dispen Perry to do its jumping slam attack near a dumptruck above and pull it down on the boss to deal massive amounts of damage.
Dispen Perry will struggle to get up afterwards, giving you time to attack its water cannon. After you have dealt enough damage to the boss, the cannon will leak water and drench it. When this happens, activate SAS electrokinesis (Shiden) to stack even more damage to it.
Try not to get hit too much as Kasane can easily die in just a few hits because of her low HP. Retreat to a safe position and use Light Jellies when your HP gets below half before engaging the boss again.
