Permanent Events

Below are permanent events, unchangeable features, missable items and events, and points-of-no-return in Scarlet Nexus. Be sure to take note of them when starting a new game to avoid making mistakes or missing out on important items and events during the main story.

Playable Character
When you start a new game, you will need to choose between Yuito and Kasane’s story route. Note that after choosing your character, you will not be able to switch to a different one onwards until after clearing the game (to be confirmed). Try to decide carefully which story route you would like play through before choosing your character.

Game Difficulty
Note that game difficulty can be changed at any time during play. This means you can simply lower the difficulty if you find yourself stuck against enemies and bosses during the main story.
