BZ Gas Guide
BZ Gas is a tear gas weapon type classifed as a throwable weapon. It is the non-lethal kind of tear gas as it causes more of a distraction rather than harming the players or non-player characters hit by the smoke. The throwable’s appearance is a cylndrical container with a pin that is mostly covered in green paint with markings depicting its description.
Strategy
As it behaves like a smoke grenade, you can use these weapons as cover fire for your teammates during escape missions. The smoke will be thick enough for your enemies to not see you through the smoke which would lead to them randomly spraying their guns at the smoke.
You can also use it in key areas where there are likely a lot of enemies that will wait for you in that direction. Some of this includes tight locations like houses or buildings where you can easily be ambushed by enemies hiding from every corner of the establishment. So to prevent that from happening, you can opt to use the smoke grenade in the area where the combat is the heaviest so that they would have no vision of the surrounding area.
These weapons can also be used offensively by the player. Blocking the enemies’ field of vision while running towards them, would close your gaps. This will allow you to close in since your enemy won’t have vision of you and will take the time to readjust their positions where they can come out of the smoke and bring vision back to their characters that they are currently using. Be careful when using them though, as a misplay on the item might lead to your own vision being blocked resulting to your own death.
