[Grand Theft Auto V / GTA 5] Top 4 Business in Grand Theft Auto V

This article contains information about what businesses the character can get into in Grand Theft Auto V [GTA V].

Top 5 Businesses in Grand Theft Auto V

Grand Theft Auto V [GTA 5], or what players call GTA Online, has a business system. While there’s already job points and reputation points, the players are also capable of earning cash. The cash currency is in dollars, similar to the USA. In-game, characters use the money to buy a variety of items. This includes weapons and vehicles, allowing them to gain better gear. And with better gear, players can easily accomplish a variety of missions.

But how does one earn money?

Asides from PvP, players can also create and form businesses in-game. But not all businesses have the same amount of cash output. There are three kinds of businesses: Bikers MC, CEO, and VIP. Before investing, here are some businesses that have a high return of investment (ROI):

VIP

Initially introduced in December 2015, this form of business required players to at least have $1,000,000 in their GTA 5 (GTA Online) account. It also has a small amount of opportunities with there only being 2: VIP Challenges and VIP Work. Amount of money can range between $20,000 and $30,000.

This kind of game mode has a high amount of versatility, allowing players to play with friends. The mission also has a variety of activities such as asset recovery to destroying supplies of an opposing organization. Missions have at least a 5 to 10 minute duration, making it easy for the player to complete. As for the shell-out, players can expect $120,000~$150,000/hr. While it’s not the fastest business, it’s the cheapest one to go with.

CEO

An upgrade from the VIP, this started in the summer of 2016 with a few other updates. However, to become a CEO, players need to own an office. An office alone in GTA Online costs at the least $1,000,000 to the maximum of $12,000,000. However, the player does not need to completely upgrade the office in order to do the missions. Even if the player only has a $1,000,000 office, the player will have access to all missions. There are two kinds of missions: buying-selling cargo and importing and exporting of cars.

However, the best mission to go for is the importing and exporting of cars. The warehouse for stealing cars costs at least $1.5 million. Along with that, there’s no sourcing cost but there is some additional costs should the car suffer damages. While the player cannot choose what vehicles to steal, the high-end vehicles can cost up to $80,000 each.

But the real profit comes when the cars are sold as a group especially with the help of friends. As gathering these cars can take as much as 30 minutes, players can gain at an average $400,000 due to the additional bonus. However, if the player finds a car that’s part of a collection, sell it only if the collection is complete. Doing so grants the player an additional $50,000 on top of the over-all amount.

Bikers

For Bikers, there are several business opportunities such as Weed Farming, Counterfeit Money Making, Cocaine Manufacturing, Meth Lab, and Document Forging. Going through this root, the best one to do is Cocaine Manufacturing. Supplies will cost $75,000 without some of the additional ingredients. However, this may take sometime to make back and is not recommended unless the player is finished with majority of the game’s content.

Warlord

Warlords are people who manufacture weapons and arms. This doesn’t require any form of business and the player can access this any time. Players can produce guns and ammunition in their own underground bunker. While the initial capital may require $1 million, the business produces well in the long run. The weapons production takes at least 10 hours in which the player must be in-game. The beauty of this business venture is that players can perform this business as a sideline while exporting and importing cars as a CEO.

The least amount in output is $1,050,000. However, this does not include the bonuses that the player can receive if he/she sells it to other CEOs in the lobby.
