Skill Cards List and Guide for Persona 3 Reload (P3RE)
What is Skill Cards?
Skill Cards are items that you can use to make a persona learn a skill depending on the used cards. Persona can learn a skill that is normally cannot be inherit during fusion by using skill cards. Skill cards are mostly obtained by leveling a persona to a specific level, though some of it are obtained through other methods.

This article is completely wrong and doesn’t apply to Persona 3 Reload at all. As others mentioned, you’re referring to the older version of the game, being Persona 3 Portable for Sony PSP. Please do your research properly before publishing articles like this.
Auto-Tarukaja Didn’t appear on June 7 At Tanaka’s Amazing Commodities.
You are using p3p’s way of getting skill cards. You cant get skill cards by leveling personas in p3r. P3r the alternatives still apply however skill cards are dependent by floor and arcana bursts when in shuffle time.
Damn, really? Though I thought it was weird how Pralaya, unique to Shiva, could be obtained by skill card in P3R.
