What is Velvet Room?
The Velvet Room is an enigmatic place that bridges the gap between dreams and reality, mind and substance. It is also where the protagonist can hone, manage, and combine Personas.
In Persona 3 Reload (P3RE), the Velvet Room has an elegant yet shady atmosphere. It is managed by Elizabeth, a mysterious woman who works for Igor.

Persona 3 Reload’s Velvet Room features and services are as follows:
Persona Compendium
The Persona Compendium allows you to register Personas that you have acquired or fused throughout the game. In addition, you can also summon any Persona from the Persona Compendium by paying the required amount of money. This feature keeps track of your Persona collection and provides access whenever you need it.
Persona 3 Reload Persona Compendium
Persona Fusion
Persona Fusion allows you to combine and merge multiple Personas that you own to create a new or even stronger one. Fusion results may vary depending on the Personas you used and the fusion type you chose. Furthermore, you can use the Search Fusion to see what results you will create with the Personas you currently possess.

Persona Conception
In some cases, the newly created Persona may come with an item. To obtain it, you must level up the Persona to a particular level.
Elizabeth’s Request
There are times when Elizabeth will ask you to carry out requests to quench her curiosity about the world outside the Velvet Room. Some of these requests may include acquiring a specific Persona or an item, going out with Elizabeth, and trying out food in the outside world. While some of these requests may take some time, they are still worth doing, as Elizabeth will reward you every time you complete one.

The Velvet Room mechanics have been optimized.
The developers have optimized and modernized the Velvet Room mechanics in Persona 3 Reload. They also added quality-of-life improvements, like being able to select inherited skills.
