A species of Pendu Other that is capable of high-speed flight. It is characterized by its tendency to roam specific areas as it does not have its own territory. Upon sensing a human brain, it immediately attacks even if it goes outside the area it patrols. Afterwards, Bandeau Pendu will begin to wander again.

Match its speed or sneak up on it.

Because of its extremely fast movement speed, it may be difficult to land any attacks on Bandeau Pendu. To catch up to it, use Hyervelocity or Teleportation. This will allow you to knock it down in a single blow. Another effective strategy is to use Invisibility and sneak up on it before it can fly away.
