Shady Brokers List and Locations in Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster
Shady Brokers are special merchants that are found only in the Labyrinth of Amala’s Kalpa dungeons. Talking to them allows you to purchase various unique demons with many useful skills which can be inherited by other demons through fusion.

Shady Brokers Tips
Do not go to the Tower of Kagutsuchi if you want to get all special demons from Shady Brokers.
If you intend to buy all special demons sold by Shady Brokers (and also have access to the one selling Deathstones), do not enter the Tower of Kagutsuchi until you have cleared all five Kalpas dungeons. Doing so prevents you from further progressing through the different Kalpas, thus locking out of the unique demons that the Shady Brokers sell.
