1	After the cutscene, the Protagonist will start at the Yoyogi Park Station Exit.
2	Enter the name of your male friend or classmate. We named him Isamu Nitta.
3	Approach the nearby vending machine. Examine and buy a drink (Mysterious Drink x1).
4	Talk to the station attendant and exit the station. You can explore the map before heading to Yoyogi Park.
5	Optional: Approach the green human icons nearby to get a background of the story.
6	Optional: Head southeast to reach Shibuya Central Street and listen to the news about riots.
7	From the station head east, northeast, and west to enter the park.

Yoyogi Park Walkthrough

1	Watch cutscene.
2	Talk to the mysterious man, Jyoji Hijiri.
3	Enter the name of your female friend or classmate. We named her Chiaki Tachibana.
4	Acquire a copy of Ayakashi Monthly.
5	Leave the park and go east until you reach the intersection. Go north until you reach the second green human icon. Go east then enter the second red-marked path.

Shinjuku Medical Center – Post-Conception Walkthrough Part 1

1	Wake up and leave the room. Go north (compass: north) and speak to the blue spirit.
2	Go east (compass: north) and enter the room. After a cutscene with Jyoji, SAVE your current game.
3	Leave the Jyoji and terminal room. Go north (compass: south) and west (compass: east). Feel free to visit the healing room nearby.
4	Head to the elevator and you will be transported to a mysterious location.
5	Go a little bit north (compass: north) and look for a floating cube (Medicine x2) on your east side (compass: east).
6	Continue moving north and reach the end. Defeat enemies encountered along the way.
7	You will still be at the mysterious location, go east (compass: east) first to find another floating cube (Maragi Rock x1).
8	Return to the fork and go west branch this time. Enter the door and watch a cutscene.
9	You will be transported back to the basement elevator. From “B1F”, go to “2F”.
10	Go to the west side of the hallway and enter the room before reaching the stairwell. Inside room “A201” is another floating cube (Medicine x1).
11	Leave the room and return to the elevator’s location in the middle hallway. Enter the left west across the elevator. Run to the end to find a floating cube (Life Stone x2).
12	Go back to the middle hallway again and take the east door across the elevator.
13	Go north (compass: south) and east (compass: west). Enter the connecting passage and approach Pixie near the security system.
14	Talk and recruit the Pixie to your party. Then, examine the security system nearby before leaving.
15	Backtrack and return to the hallway near the elevator. This time return to room “A203”.

Defeat Pretas

1	Defeat Pretas (Exploit Electricity weakness). Equip Marogareh Magatama (default already) prior to the boss fight. Pretas Boss Guide
2	Use Electricity attacks (from Pixie) to damage and paralyze the bosses.
3	Use Demi-fiend’s Physical attacks to deal more damage.
4	Acquire item (Gate Pass x1) from the boss fight.

Shinjuku Medical Center – Post-Conception Walkthrough Part 2

1	Return to the connecting passage where you acquire Pixie.
2	Examine the security system and reach the other side of the connecting passage.
3	Continue along the hall to reach the end. You will notice another demon, Forneus, swimming around the lobby.
4	Enter the main hall and speak with the sitting mop demon on the floor.
5	Go west (compass: west) and enter the first door, “B203”. Speak with Shiisaa to acquire an item (Medicine x1).
6	Go to the next room, “B204”, and acquire another item (Revival Bread x1).
7	Leave the room and head to the other side of the main hallway. Enter room “201B”
8	Enter room “201B” and see a floating cube (Life Stone x3).
9	Leave the room and enter the next door to descent the stairs. (Optional: Talk and recruit Kodama and Preta to your party.)
10	Enter the next door to descend the stairs.
11	You will start at the other side of the basement. Reach and end of the hallway and unlock the west door. Go to the familiar basement area and enter the healing room to recover. Then, SAVE your game in the terminal room.
12	Enter the west door again and head straight (compass: west) and enter the north door (compass: north) across the vending machine and blue spirit. (Optional: Talk and recruit Shikigami to your party.)
13	Follow the pathway and enter the first room to find a floating cube (Chakra Drop x2).
14	Go to the far end and ascend the ladder to go upward. Examine the floating cubes above (Mazio Rock x1, Mabufu Rock x1, and 300 Macca).
15	Return to the location of the blue spirit and vending machine. Enter the west door this time.
16	Keep going and enter the first room you encounter. Examine the floating cube to get another item (Bead x1).
17	Leave the room and reach the end of the hall leading to another stairwell. Go upstairs and reach the first floor. (Optional: Talk and recruit Hua Po to your party.)
18	Don’t go to the north (compass: east) yet and enter the east door. Instead, go west (compass: north) and speak to the Dr. Dark (a blue spirit) to recover your HP and MP.
19	Also, enter the north door to access the terminal room and SAVE your current game.
20	Once you’re ready and have a full party, enter the east door to reach the lobby and get ready for the next boss fight.

Defeat Forneus

1	Defeat Forneus (Exploit Electricity weakness). Equip Marogareh Magatama (default already) prior to the boss fight. Forneus Boss Guide

3	Land debuffs like Rakunda and others. Then, use Demi-fiend’s Physical attacks to deal more damage.
4	Acquire the Wadatsumi Magatama from the boss fight.
