Assault SMG Guide
The assault smg is a submachine gun that has 30 rounds of ammunition which can be upgraded to 60 by using an extended clip. Assault smgs are typically used for harassing enemy frontlines in tight situations because of its light weight and compactness making it very accurate in taking down your enemies in close to mid range combats.
Strategy
Assault SMGs are best used in close to mid range combats and skirmishes. Since they hold significant amounts of ammo, you can stay in the fray for longer periods compared to other weapons that rely on high accuracy like shotguns and sniper rifles to eliminate their target.
This kind of submachine guns can also be used in a way that doesn’t necessarily need it to be efficient with its accuracy. Although you might be wondering why you would waste rounds and rounds of bullets if you’re not gonna hit your target with it, the primary purpose would be to keep your enemies occupied with the amount you are throwing at them since you are at an advantage in terms of ammo.
When you are in longer ranges than usual compared to that of close range battles, it would not be wise to spray your bullet as the continuous fire would result to recoils messing up your accuracy. It’s best to shoot with small bursts to keep the recoil controlled and the bullets straight to their paths. Remember, the farther you are, the greater the effect of recoil so it’s best to cope your rate of fire with that and lessen it while you are getting farther from your target.
