Akh Va’quot Shrine Walkthrough – Windmills
When you enter Akh Va’quot Shrine, the floor’s covered with large wind turbines and fluttering windmills. Many of the turbines are tied to orange switches. While staying in this shrine, you’re going to hit the switches to turn the turbines. That way, all windmills are active in the room.
If you’ve noticed, there are two stairs behind you when you entered the shrine. Take one look through a grate at a switch. There’s a turbine on the underside. When you check the other side, look across the water. There’s a windmill on that side. But the turbine’s too low to affect it. You’ll have to snipe the switch. When you do so, it’ll cause the windmill to swap places with the turbine. This pushes the windmill and opens a door to a chest holding an Ancient Core.
When you make your way to the main room, look up on the raised platform. There are three turbines in a corner. Another two near the middle. Finally, there’s one more near the top right. If you want to get all the turbines working for the windmills, orient the turbines in this order:
Bottom left turbine faces right. For the bottom right turbine, make it face up. Top right turbine faces down and the turbine below it faces left. If you’ve noticed, there’s also one in between them. Have it face the left. After that, the top left turbine should face right. This activates all windmills and opens the door to the monk – Akh Va’quot.
With that, head through the gate and speak to Monk Akh Va’quot for your Spirit Orb.
But how do we get the other chests? I’m having trouble. I can’t seem to glide to them and it’s driving me mad.
Nvm. I figured it out. Took all of five minutes to collect them once my brain started working.
