Myahm Agana Shrine Walkthrough – Myahm Agana Apparatus
Upon entering Myahm Agana Shrine, there’s a large path before you. It leads to the Monk’s sealed lair. On your right, there’s a large receptacle that you need to guide a sphere to.
However, this is where things get a bit messy. First, take the stairs on the right to find a strange apparatus. Examine it to use it. The controller will serve as a motion control board. You have to tilt it to guide the sphere out of the maze. But there are plenty of open walls that lead the sphere out. Because of this, it can be a tad bit frustrating. Avoid the pitfalls and make your way out of the maze.
The hardest part is at the end. Since the ledge doesn’t reach far enough, you’ll have to dip the board down to build up enough speed. After that, jerk it up to send the sphere flying to the slope on the other side.
Myahm Agana Shrine Glitch
Although you can’t turn off the motion controls, you can still mess with them. Enough for you to bypass the puzzle. Turn over the platform entirely. The maze flips over and is out of sight. With that, the ball drops onto the flat reverse side.
After that, angle the maze so the ball rolls quickly towards the platform you want it to be in. As the ball plummets down the flat surface, flickt he controller up to throw the ball towards where it’s supposed to go. Easier but trickier to time. If you’re good enough, you can send it way down the hole. But as long as you hit any part of the ramp, it works.
Myahm Agana Treasure Chest
However, there’s a chest hiding in the maze. But it can be quite a pain. Fro the apparatus, tilt the board towards Link. That way, he can paraglide to the bottom corner. Climb up the slope to find the chest containing a Phrenic Bow. If you want to get out, tilt the board enough that the ledge is far above the slope. From there, glide down.
After that, you now have the sphere in the receptacle. Once it’s in, the gate to Monk Myahm Agana opens. Enter the room and pick up your Spirit Orb.
