| 1 | Head to Ebisu Pawnshop to the north within 3 minutes using the skateboard. Be sure to read the tutorial on how to ride. |

| 2 | The ride is a pretty long one. Avoid the sidewalks and stay on the road to avoid slowing down your trip there. |
| 3 | Watch the cutscene at Ebisu Pawnshop. |
