All Game Editions in Metroid Dread
The following are the game editions announced when buying Metroid Dread. They cover physical and digital releases of the upcoming Tales of series game.
Standard Edition
The standard edition includes the physical copy of the game.
Collector’s Edition
The steel case edition includes the standard edition physical case along with a steel case. Both have the same cover designs.
Special Edition

Amiibo Figures
A pair of Amiibos will be for sale alongside the release of Metroid Dread.
- Metroid Dread: Samus
- Metroid Dread: E.M.M.I
The Samus Amiibo increases your missile capacity by 10, while the E.M.M.I. Amiibo can replenish missiles once per day.
All Metroid Amiibo Figures Effects and Rewards
Metroid Dread will be playable exclusively in Nintendo Switch on October 8, 2021.
