The Betrayers will mostly attack by swinging their staves to fire large orbs of dark energy up to three times. Circle around them and attack with your weapon and magic. You can also wait until they throw out the third dark energy orb (telegraphed by a jump) and attack them to knock them down. Using a spear is recommended since it gives good reach and mobility during the fight. After sustaining damage, the Betrayers will teleport away. Follow them and engage them again.
Another good opportunity to attack the Betrayers is immediately after they emerge after teleporting. Use a spear and try to strike them from a good distance away to damage them (moving too close to them when they appear again will knock you back so be careful).
After the cutscene, the Betrayers will gain the ability to use Sealed Verse attacks (Dark Hand, Dark Lance, and Dark Hand). Keep moving to the side to avoid their projectiles and throw out some magic of your own (Dark Lance from afar and Dark Hand when up close) to chip away at their health. When Devola (short-haired twin) moves near the middle of the area, move away from her or dodge to the side as she will use Dark Hand. Keep unloading on the bosses with melee attacks and magic and the fight should end fairly quickly.
The second fight against the Betrayers is mostly the same as the second phase of the previous encounter. Devola will engage you up close with Dark Hand while Popola fires Dark Blasts and Dark Lance from the stage. Popola will also frequently grant Devola a buff in the form of orbs that damages enemies around her. Focus on Devola and avoid her Dark Hand attacks by dodging to the side or behind her. Use the spear to knock her down easily when she misses.
After Devola is defeated, Popola will jump down from the stage and engage you. Run around or jump to avoid the projectiles or use your weapon to destroy them. When you get in close to the remaining boss, pummel her with melee attacks to end the fight.
