Nier Replicant Remaster Ver. 1.22474487139 has a number of features and elements which are unlocked after clearing the game. Detailed below are all content that you can access after beating the game for the first time.

Second Story Route Begins

After clearing the game for the first time and watching Ending A, a new story route will be available. This new section will begin when you revisit the Haunted Manor and features new cutscenes and story elements not found in the first playthrough.

New Side Quests

New side quests can be accessed only by progressing to the second story route so it is worth playing the game even after beating it once. Certain side quests, however, are only available during the first story route. This means that failing to clear them before proceeding to the second route locks you out from doing them until you beat the game again and begin another story route.

New Weapons

New weapons can also be obtained only during the second story route onwards. Many of these new weapons are more powerful than those acquired during the first story route and count towards unlocking the third and fourth endings of the game.
